Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your educational study workshop experience. Refunds may be available under certain circumstances.

• Refunds are available if requested within 7 days from the start date of the workshop.
• If a refund is requested within 7 days, the amount will be refunded within 10-15 days.
• To be eligible for a refund, you must have attended 100% of the workshop sessions.
• Refunds are not available for workshops that have already been completed.

How to Request a Refund

2. Provide your full name, workshop details, and reason for the refund request.
3. Our team will review your request and respond to you within 7 business days.
4. If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment.
